Jinzhong owns two antistatic dustless SMT workshops with centre air-condition, 17 automatic SMT production lines, most of which are Panasonic applied to place different specification components such as 0201, BGA etc, average placing speed of which reaches 0.065sec/chip. The Min spacing is 0.3mm, average capability is 10 million per day, Jinzhong can do with nitrogen gas reflow soldering technique of integrated circuit.
DIP workshop has seven lines applied for taking order with various single and double surface PCB board soldering, testing and assembling etc., the capability of which reaches 4 million points per day. We have 4 assembling lines and we are engaged in various electronics parts, such as hardware, plastic assembly including test, package and aging testing.
Jinzhong has a comprehensive supply chain management system, specializing in sourcing various positive and negative components including hardware and plastic parts. components are stocked in humidity and temperature supervised warehouse.
